Our community and pope Leo XIV
One year ago, in 2024, when discussing with Vassula how we would set up the Main center for her at Kastanjegården, she told me:
“Look, if God wants this to happen, like developing the premises, it will happen, He will provide …
And then she added, just as if she was inspired:
“What if in the future the Spirit leads us to have a TLIG community there?”
Well, 16th October 2024, just three weeks after Vassulas death, we founded her community at Kastanjegården, Home of the Two Hearts. So, she was right. We now have a community here.
Vassula asked us to finish the garden and we are now doing it. And she asked us to set up a center, the first center based on True Life in God, her message of Christian Unity. Small and humble. Because she kept repeating to me:
”Good 👍 we start small and our Lord will provide.

And today, we are refurbishing “Vassula’s house”, in an old stable building, which will house our book café and library and a small gathering hall.
One of the last things our former pope did, was to write an encyclica on Jesus heart, in 2024. It was as if God was underlining his wish to emphasize the heart, as a remedy to our coldness.
And now, we have a new pope. And this pope seems to be a real gift to our community. If we compare his coat of arms, each sign seems to coincide with our newly founded community:
- The purity of Virgin Mary, her heart
- The rosary, he prayed the rosary when he appeard on the balcony just elected pope.
- He stresses the family, as a union between man and woman as a first society, like his predecessor Leo XIII
- The Christian unity is in the motto even of the coat of arms
- The heart is empasized, again, as pierced by the word of God
Thus the community founded, as Vassula envisioned at Kastanejgården, has come true, and the Home of the Two hearts, comes as a prayer to our dear pope Leo XIV.
